U.S. President Donald Trump Meets with Zelenskyy in the Oval Office

U.S. President Donald Trump will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the White House on August 18, 2025. This meeting will follow the meeting that took place with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, August 15, 2025. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy was ejected from a meeting earlier this year in which he criticized President Trump and the United States for pushing for peace. Trump told Zelenskyy that, by doing this, he was “gambling with World War Three.”

U.S. President Donald Trump will meet with other European leaders alongside Zelenskyy on August 18.
