A fire recently broke out at the Chkalovsky airfield in the Moscow area. Russia has also faced logistical problems in its war against Ukraine. The fire was supposedly created by a short circuit at military headquarters. It was not linked to any action by Kyiv, although it had targeted the area in previous attacks.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has outlined a “victory plan” for his country. He said, “Together with our partners, we must change the circumstances so that the war ends. Regardless of what Putin wants, we must all change the circumstances so that Russia is forced to peace.”
